Dear everyone. We’re taking the week off because regular artist Kameron Gates is getting MARRIED!! As you can see in this beautiful painting by our good friend Alexander Perkins, Miller & Mullet™ are en route to join in the celebration. Shh, don’t tell Kam’s fiancée.

Intermission: Guest Strip by Jean-Paul Mullet
by millerandmullet on April 20, 2011 at 12:00 amWe were contractually obligated to let Mullet write and draw our 52nd strip. It was one of his many stipulations. We also have to put a tiger in the story sometime before year end.
Intermission: Pin Up by Hector Turner
by millerandmullet on April 27, 2011 at 12:00 amKam and Allan are taking off one more week. Last we heard, Kam was in Budapest and Allan was in the bar. Regular strips resume Wednesday, May 4th.
In the meantime, check out this outstanding pin up graciously done by Allan’s brother, Hector Turner. Hector not only draws like a pro (he is a pro) but makes an AMAZING Halloween haunt! Every year he hand builds more lifesize props. He doesn’t sell any, which is too bad for you because you will want them. But don’t despair, his site is full of step-by-step tutorials so you can create a haunt of your very own. So get building. There are only 187 days left ’til Halloween!
We’re BACK!! We took off June to help Mullet prep his Toronto Fringe Festival debut! And while we were off, we posted the ENTIRE Miller & Mullet in Space comic book. We hope you enjoyed that 22-page trip to the future/back in time to our first foray into comics. Now it’s time to return to regular Wednesday strips and pick up where our story left off. And for our first week back we’re delighted to present guest artist Hector Turner, master of macabre! I think you’ll agree he was the perfect choice for this week’s strip.
Oh and speaking of the Fringe, it opened TODAY! Mullet was at the opening ceremonies live in person meeting fans and getting interviewed by Bill Coulter for Global TV! Mullet’s Make-a-Play opens THIS Friday the 8th and runs to the 16th. If you’re going to be in Toronto, trust us, you won’t want to miss seeing Mullet in his very own live stage show. No one puts on a show like Mullet! Which is a good thing, because otherwise theatre insurance rates would probably skyrocket.
Sorry this one’s a bit late. Blame Mullet for monopolizing our time, NOT our amazing colorist Chris Burke who is also this week’s guest artist! Chris was super sick and still pulled through with finished art by deadline.. but then came Mullet… Anyway it’s up now and forever. Enjoy! And thank you Chris!
Another one drawn, inked, and shaded by our regular colorist, Chris Burke!
3 strips in, I don’t think we can call Chris Burke a guest artist anymore. Congratulations Chris on your promotion to regular backup artist! And for all those who’ve been asking, regular frontdown artist Kameron Gates will be returning soon…
WE’RE BACK!! And to kick things off we present the first of 3 strips written AND drawn by series writer/creator Allan Turner. Allan’s also started a daily doodle blog: AFT End Doodles. Why not have a looksee and subscribe.
Also, all of us here want to apologize for the unannounced (and unplanned) month without updates but we have a good(ish) excuse: Mullet went missing, Kam took on a movie, Chris went to Fan Expo, and Allan… well Allan just burned out and watched seasons 1 through 3 of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
BTW, Mullet’s still missing. If you see him, please tell him to call home. We’ll accept the charges.
UPDATE (Oct 22, 2011): We’re not back. We apologize for the delay. Kam’s been working on a movie, Allan’s been working on a video game, and Mullet’s been working on his tan. We promise the Miller & Mullet webcomic will return; we have another whole year’s worth of story in the works. Don’t miss out. Subscribe. Follow Mullet on Twitter. Be his friend on Facebook. He doesn’t bite and out of the 3 of us, is surprisingly the most reliable when it comes to updates. See you back here soon. Or soonish.
